Bronze base Self Lubricating Flange Bushings uses high-strength copper alloy as the base material, and according to the working conditions, holes are drilled in the working face and filled with solid lubricant. The high-strength copper alloy provides high load-bearing capacity and the solid lubricant can A lower friction pair is formed. Under the condition of dry friction, we design a layer of pre-lubricating film on the bearing surface to ensure that the solid lubricant can be transferred to the pair of parts and form an effective solid lubricant film in the shortest time.
